• オンライン・ハイブリッド開催に関する留意事項：
  • 発表者は発表の際には原則としてビデオ（カメラ）オンにてお願いします。
    カメラがないなどの事情があってオンにできない場合にはご相談ください。
    なお、 ビデオ（カメラ）をオンにしますと、画面共有などしていてもカメラの映像が配信されていますのでご留意ください。
  • 入退室について
    発表途中も含め、いつでも入退室は自由です。
  • 参加記録について
    参加者数などの記録を残すため、接続したら chat で全員宛に「氏名（所属）」の形式で氏名と所属をお知らせください。可能であれば氏名の表示を同じく「氏名（所属）」の形式に変更してください。
  • 質疑について
    chat もご活用ください。発表の最後の5分ないし10分は質疑に割り当てていただくつもりでいますが、不足する場合は休憩時間に質疑を続けていただいてもかまいません。
  • パラレルセッションについて
    パラレルセッションは口頭発表で十分できなかった個別的な質問をしたり、口頭発表で説明しきれなかった実践上の細かい工夫などについて自由に意見交換をしていただくつもりで設定しています。開始時間については、一部都合で遅らせることもあります。終了時間は一応の目安として開始から45分後に設定してありますが、ご都合により途中で切り上げても結構です。
  • トラブルシューティングについて
    接続がうまくいかない、音声が聞こえないなどのトラブルシューティングにつきましては、人手がまったくないため各自でお願いします。音声が聞こえない場合は、まずは音楽を再生する・音声付きの動画を再生するなどして、パソコン・スマホなどご使用中の機器について音声を出せる状態になっているかどうか、イヤホンやヘッドセットが確実に接続されているかどうかの確認から始めてください。Zoom の設定や PC の設定などで聞こえるようになる場合もあります。HDMI ケーブルで外部モニタに接続している場合、音声出力設定が同じ外部モニタに設定変更されている場合があります。再起動によりトラブルが解消することもあります。
